Welcome & Introduction
Hi there! We’re excited to have you using Lira’s services. This agreement is our way of laying out a clear, friendly understanding of how we work together, instead of a bunch of confusing fine print. By accessing or using any of Lira’s products, services, or digital experiences, you agree to the guidelines we’ve laid out here.
We update this agreement every once in a while when we add new features or change how we work, so we recommend checking back here every few months to stay up to date.
Our Commitment to You
- We will keep your personal information safe and secure, and we will never sell your private data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- We will respond to any questions or feedback you send us within 3 working days, and do our best to solve any issues you run into while using our services.
- We will give you advance notice before we make any big changes to core features you use regularly, so you never get caught off guard.
- We will work hard to keep our services stable, accessible, and free from harmful code or malware that could hurt your devices or data.
- We will respect your creative rights: any original content you create using our services belongs to you, full stop.
Community Ground Rules
To keep Lira a positive, fun place for everyone, we just ask that you follow these simple guidelines when using our services:
- Be respectful to other users. No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or content that makes others feel unsafe.
- Don’t spam the service with bulk repetitive content, fake promotions, or unauthorized advertisements that disrupt other people’s experience.
- Don’t share content that harms minors, invades other people’s privacy, or uses other people’s creative work without their permission.
- Don’t try to hack, break, or access parts of the service that aren’t open to the public, that just ruins it for everyone else.
- If you share your account with someone else, you’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account, so keep your login info safe!
Changes & Updates
We’re always growing and improving Lira, so sometimes we’ll add new features, remove old ones, or adjust how parts of our service work. If we make a change that significantly limits what you can do with our service, we’ll post a notice on our homepage and send you an email (if you have an account with us) 30 days before the change goes into effect.
If you ever feel unhappy with changes we make, you’re always free to stop using our services at any time.
Your Privacy
We only collect the personal information we need to provide our service to you. We never use your data for anything other than what you agreed to when you signed up. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
